Beautiful Night for a Fire

Finally, a perfect day!  This morning, I was up at 8 and letting Yuma out for the morning.  The lithium battery made it through the night with no problem, so today I'll charge it properly and this problem should be gone.

No wind, finally!  It is going to be mid 70s and very sunny.  We had a nice coffee hour this morning and then we broke for breakfast and alone time.

Yuma and I enjoyed our breakfast and then laid in the sun till it was too hot, so I put the awning out so I could enjoy the little breeze and some shade.

Before we knew it, it was Happy Hour and then we broke for dinner and because it was such a nice evening, we got back together for a bon fire and another Happy Hour.

It was a very relaxing day and I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful weather day.  Warm and sunny with a slight breeze.  The moon came up over the mountains lighting up the desert to cap the evening off.

Thanks for stopping by.

  2. I'm very impressed by the moon photo. I clicked on it to enlarge it, and I could see many stars above the moon. Did you use a tripod? Do you remember the camera settings? auto? What camera did you use? Phil in Phoenix

    1. Sorry, just as I was getting ready to publish my post, I saw the moon rising out my front window. Went outside with my Samsung S22 ultra cellphone and snapped it. I was disappointed the moon didn't come out sharp, but it looked neat, so I threw it in the post and published.

    1. Thanks Dolly. It was great to have no wind for a change so we could be comfortable sitting outside.

  4. That's quite a size fire you folks had but on those cold Arizona desert nights, the bigger the fire the better.
