Walmart day

Normal morning.  The weather was starting off great with a lot less wind.

Had a nice long breakfast and my friend stopped in for a quick drink.
I am running out of food and so is Yuma, so it is a Walmart day.  I also wanted to replace my repaired broken window today, too.  It is made of plywood and has not held up, so I will stop by Home Depot and hopefully find a better replacement.  At first, I thought I could repair it and save some money.
Deb came over and between the two of us, we tried to tape it back into place, but it was warped so badly, that the tape could not hold.

Left for Yuma with Yuma, stopping at the Home Depot.  Yuma wanted to come along and I felt that he would be safe in the Jeep.  Ended up buying a fairly thick piece of plastic, so now I'll be able to see out the window.  Also, bought a small Dremel that hopefully will cut the plastic.  Then on to Walmart for groceries.

Got home just in time for Happy Hour.  Had to leave a little early to catch Gold Rush at 6 o'clock.  I had a cheeseburger for dinner and now I'm watching Dateline as I finish up my post for the night.  Not an exciting day, but I did get some things done in preparation for a move on Monday morning.  Another small eastward move.  Maybe tomorrow, I'll get to that window.

Thanks for stopping by.๐Ÿ˜

  1. Good luck with the window repair. Hopefully it works well. It was a very nice day, the breeze kept it from being too hot.

  3. I think RV's need just as many repairs as a stick house! Love those little hummers.
